Was umfasst die Installation?
Eine qualifizierte, vor Ort zugelassene Elektrofachkraft montiert das Gerät, verlegt eine eigene Stromleitung ab Ihrem Sicherungskasten und meldet den Ladepunkt an. Die Installation dauert meist 2 bis 4 Stunden.
Brauche ich einen eigenen Stromkreis?
Ja, ein separater, auf die Leistung Ihres Ladegeräts ausgelegter Stromkreis ist erforderlich. Ihre Elektrofachkraft prüft, ob Ihr Sicherungskasten die nötige Kapazität hat.

Great for any EV, especially Tesla. App integration makes a screen on the charger unnecessary and the warranty is great. Don't know why so many people go for the other brands, with bright flashing lights etc.Looks great with the colour match covers you can get, especially if you can get one on offer!Cable is on the long side, but you can easily wrap any extra around the charger.Make sure you setup to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, or you may have trouble connecting and also maintaining a connection (make an IoT SSID, or use Guest)

Sehr toller Artikel und § 14a EnWG kompatibel seit Jan-2025 Update (zumindest laut diverser Foren). Zieht also bitte gleich ein 2-Ader Kabel mit an die Box (2x0,75 (RS485) geschirmt oder so). Wäre eigentlich kniffelig, aber man kann einfach ein kleines Loch reinbohren und die 2-Ader anschließen. Benutzt sicherheitshalber Silikon um das Loch abzudichten, aber macht euch weiter keine Sorgen wegen Wasser, denn der TWC-GEN3 hat sowieso "werkseitig" ein Loch für den Wasserabfluss unten. Die Box ist also praktisch "offen".Der Anschluss (zwei winzige Klemmen + und -) ist leider im Kopfteil verbaut. Also nicht im unteren, festverschraubten Teil, aber man kann nicht alles haben im Leben.Ich habe alles vorbereitet, aber was letztlich das Smartmeter vom EVU kann, weiß ich nicht - und die wissen es vermutlich auch "noch" nicht.Wenn alle Sticke reißen, kann man immernoch ein Schütz nach dem FI installieren (Standard-geschlossen) und zwei Phasen darüber führen. Dann kann das EVU auf Ein-Phasenbetrieb im Blackout-Fall umschalten.

MHa che dire, esteticamente estremamente bella ed anche la robustezza del prodotto sembrano essere molto buone...peccato che da TESLA e ripeto da TESLA, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. 500 euro per un aggeggio che non ha alcun tipo di configurazione utile a bordo. Dall'App non puoi attivarla o disattivarla, non puoi regolare la potenza...cioè, siamo nel 2024 ed il super futurista Elon Musk cosa mi fa, un aggeggio parecchio vecchio in quanto a performance. Ero indeciso tra la E-Corner (Made in Italy) e questa, ho optato per questa perchè abbagliato dall'estetica e si, ho commesso l'errore di non controllare le sue funzioni prima dell'acquisto, quindi mea culpa aver scelto questa al posto della E-Corner...questo però non cambia il fatto che, per quello che da, altro che prodotto economico, è un prodotto costoso che non ha motivo di costare cosi tanto. Tanto per fare un paragone, almeno quando compri un iPhone hai le stesse funzioni dei suoi concorrenti, lo paghi di più è vero, ma in quanto a funzioni non hai delle mancanze. Il Wall Connector invece non ha le funzioni che offrono i suoi concorrenti, a prezzi inferiori. Veramente una pecca inaccettabile, sono molto deluso. Il prodotto è molto ben fatto, ma cosi com'è ora, alla fine, è un gran bel soprammobile e non vedo grosse differenze tra questo ed una presa della corrente normale

Bonjour je suis très satisfait du produit, beau, esthétique, de qualité, chic MAIS j'ai un gros problème sur un réseau électrique 3 * 220V sans Neutre comme les réseaux en Belgique et en Suisse je pense. Ce réseau ne dispose pas de point neutre de référence, uniquement une terre et cela bloque la charge après 30 secondes.L'application Tesla One est maintenant forcée et ne supporte plus le type de réseau "IT" sans neutre, donc ce chargeur est INUTILISABLE dans mon cas en triphasé.J'attends et j'espère un support de Tesla, sinon je peut le jeter ou peut-être charger sur 2 phases à 40% d'efficacité.
Problemi di ricarica troppo lenta veicolo circa 15 ore
C'est la deuxième fois que j'achète cette borne. La précédente, j'ai du la rendre car elle ne chargeait pas ma voiture. J'espère vraiment que cette fois-ci il n'y aura pas de problème.
We’ve only had this charger for just over 2 years (conveniently just outside of the support window) and it has stopped working completely. It shows green but will not charge. We have done every trouble shooting option and nothing has worked. We’ve now been waiting for a week for the manufacturer technical support to get in contact to help. Not good service and has left us spending crazy prices at localChargers.
