EV charging equipment is specialist electrical hardware. The policy that applies to your order depends on whether you are purchasing as a consumer or as a business.

Consumer Customers (B2C)

If you are purchasing as a private individual, you have 14 days from receipt to return any product. To start a return, email info@on-ev.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.

Products returned in unused, unopened condition receive a full refund. If the product has been opened or used, we reserve the right to apply a reduction to your refund to reflect any diminishment in value. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Business Customers (B2B)

For business orders, the 14-day consumer right to return does not apply. Returns are accepted only where a product arrives faulty or defective, the incorrect product was supplied, or a fault develops within the manufacturer's warranty period. Change of mind returns are not accepted for business orders.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

Regardless of customer type, returns, replacements, or full refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

• The product arrives faulty, defective, or visibly damaged in transit
• The incorrect product was supplied against your order
• The product develops a fault within the manufacturer's warranty period

To raise a return or warranty claim, email info@on-ev.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within one business day. Where a return is accepted for defective or incorrectly supplied goods, we arrange collection at no cost and issue a replacement or full refund.

For faults reported after 30 days but within the manufacturer's warranty period, we act as your dedicated point of contact with the brand and support the claim on your behalf.

All orders ship free of charge via tracked courier, with delivery typically within 48 hours of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

All products sold by ON-EV carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, which typically covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two to three years from the date of purchase. Specific warranty terms vary by brand and model - full details are provided in the product documentation.

What is covered

• Product defects covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Faults that develop within the warranty period through normal use

What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, third-party modification, or accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Faults arising from installation or wiring work, which remains the responsibility of your own qualified electrician

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted service providers (such as our courier and payment processor) where necessary to fulfil your order.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it. Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before despatch. Once an item has been despatched, the returns policy above applies.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
